Photos At St. Elmo Colorado - November 11, 2006

My friend Ron from Colorado Springs was visiting me here in Chaffee County, and this morning we spent much of the morning and early afternoon inside Chalk Creek Canyon. We hiked up to Agnes Vaille Falls, a really beautiful waterfall with great views of the mountains, and soaked for a couple of hours in the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Sandwiched in between those two activities, we spent about an hour exploring St. Elmo.

The sky was somewhat cloudy and so I am a little disappointed with the quality of some of the photos. Still, I think I have some decent ones. The adjacent photo was taken very close to the spur of Chaffee County Road 294 and Tincup Pass Road, as I was facing east.

	I headed up Chaffee County Road 294, which heads west approximately 0.5 miles before ending at two private driveways.
	Interesting how this structure has a door with no deck to it!
	This little cabin looked so cozy! Personally, I think the name should be changed from "Little Jack's" to something like "Wagon Wheel Cabin." ;)
